The Think Rugs Baltimore Checkerboard Rug is an ideal choice for homeowners seeking to introduce modern sophistication into their living spaces without sacrificing comfort. Featuring a high-density, machine-made pile, this rug offers a soft, dense underfoot experience that stands up well to daily use in high-traffic areas. While its durable construction and contemporary checkered pattern make it a versatile decor piece, users should note that the 80cm x 150cm dimensions are best suited for smaller areas like entryways or bedside accents rather than expansive open-concept floors.

Yes, but use a low-suction setting or an attachment without a rotating beater bar to keep the high-density pile from fraying.
Yes, the high-density, machine-made construction is designed for durability in busy areas of the home.
We recommend professional rug cleaning for deep-set stains to ensure the fabric and patterns remain intact.
Yes, the Baltimore collection includes various sizes, including 200cm x 300cm for larger living areas.
The dense pile is generally resistant to wear, but keep pet claws trimmed to prevent snagging the fibers.
Place a high-quality non-slip rug pad underneath to provide stability.
Shake the rug vigorously outdoors or use a low-suction vacuum attachment.
Blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth; do not rub as this can push the spill deeper into the fibers.
To ensure your rug remains in peak condition, place it on a clean, dry floor. If using on smooth surfaces like tile or laminate, we recommend using a non-slip rug pad underneath to prevent movement. Maintenance is straightforward: for regular care, shake the rug out to remove dust. If a spill occurs, treat it immediately by gently blotting the area with a damp cloth; avoid harsh scrubbing to preserve the integrity of the fibers. Avoid machine washing or immersion in water to prevent damage to the backing.
