Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight or uncomfortable.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. These boots may have a snug fit. Try wearing them for short periods initially to allow them to mold to your feet. If discomfort persists, consider trying a different size or model.
Traction is poor on the pitch.
Verify that you are using the shoes on a turf surface as intended. Ensure the turf surface is not excessively wet or muddy. Clean any debris from the outsole studs.
Zoom Air unit feels unresponsive.
The Zoom Air unit's responsiveness is optimized when the shoe is new and broken in. Ensure the shoes are clean and free from excessive dirt. Consistent use on appropriate surfaces will help maintain responsiveness.
Difficulty pulling the shoes on.
Utilize the dual pull tabs located at the heel of the shoe to assist in sliding your foot in. Ensure the tongue is positioned correctly.
