Troubleshooting
Duvet slips inside the cover.
Ensure the duvet is fully inserted and shaken down evenly. For covers without internal ties, periodically redistribute the duvet by shaking it from the corners.
Fabric feels static.
Polyester fabric can sometimes generate static. Try using a fabric softener during the wash cycle or a dryer sheet during drying to reduce static cling.
Wrinkling after washing.
To minimize wrinkles, remove the duvet cover and pillowcase from the dryer promptly when they are slightly damp. You can also hang them immediately or iron on a cool setting if necessary.
Stains are difficult to remove.
For best results, pre-treat stains as soon as possible before washing. Follow specific stain removal instructions for polyester fabric and avoid using harsh bleaches on colored patterns.
