The canvas is UV resistant, but it is not waterproof. Avoid installing it in bathrooms or areas with excessive moisture.
The canvas is ready to hang, but specific wall-mounting hardware like nails or hooks are generally not included due to the variety of wall surfaces.
This product is manufactured to specific standards using pre-defined frames, so custom sizes are not available.
While the HP VIVERA inks are UV resistant and designed for longevity, it is recommended to avoid long-term exposure to direct, harsh sunlight to maintain the best color fidelity.
The canvas is stretched over a sturdy 18mm kiln-dried solid pine frame.
Check the frame corners for humidity-related expansion. Gently tapping the corners or using provided frame wedges (if included) can help re-tension the canvas.
Lightly brush the surface with a soft, clean, dry duster or microfiber cloth. Avoid applying pressure.
Check that the frame is level using a spirit level. If the frame itself is warped, contact support for a replacement, as the kiln-dried wood is designed to remain stable.
Setup is straightforward as the canvas arrives pre-assembled. Ensure the chosen wall area is clean and dry. To maintain the appearance of your artwork, avoid hanging the canvas in areas with high humidity or direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods. For cleaning, gently use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Do not use water, household cleaners, or abrasive brushes, as these can damage the canvas texture and printed ink surface.
