FAQs

Are these Jibbitz suitable for children?

These are not toys and are not intended for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.

Can I use these on bags?

Yes, as long as the bag features holes compatible with standard Crocs ventilation ports.

How many charms are in this pack?

This pack includes five individual charms.

Do I need any tools to attach them?

No tools are required. They are designed to be inserted and removed by hand.

Will these charms fade in the sun?

They are made of durable, high-quality materials designed to resist fading, though heavy exposure to direct sunlight over long periods is always a factor for any accessory.

Troubleshooting

Charm keeps falling out

Ensure the back of the charm is fully pushed through the ventilation hole until you hear or feel a snap.

Difficult to insert into the hole

Try pushing the charm in at a steeper angle and use a slight wiggling motion to guide the base through the soft material.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Simple, tool-free installation
Adds a distinct personal touch to basic footwear
High durability for everyday use
Easy to swap out for different looks
Compatible with a wide range of Crocs shoe models

Cons

Small parts pose a choking hazard for young children
Can be removed by others if caught on objects
Limited to shoes with ventilation holes

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, align the base of the Jibbitz charm with the ventilation hole and push it in at a 45-degree angle. Once the base snaps through the hole, rotate it to ensure it is secure. To remove, push the charm from the inside of the shoe through the hole rather than pulling from the front. These charms are compatible with most adult and child-sized Crocs that feature ventilation ports. For care, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth if they become dusty or dirty; avoid using harsh chemicals that could discolor the finish.
