Troubleshooting

Pillowcase doesn't fit pillow snugly.

Ensure you are using the correct size pillow for the pillowcase. The envelope closure is designed for a snug fit, but very thick pillows may require adjustment.

Duvet cover buttons are difficult to fasten.

Ensure the buttonholes are clear of any fabric threads. Gently align the buttons with the buttonholes before fastening.

Fabric feels rough after washing.

Ensure you are using the recommended washing temperature (40°C) and avoid fabric softeners, which can sometimes affect the feel of microfibre. Check that the tumble dry and iron settings are on low heat as per instructions.

Color fading after several washes.

Wash dark or colored items separately from whites. Always check the care label for specific washing instructions and avoid using harsh detergents.
