FAQs
Can this hamper hold wet towels?
While the fabric is water-resistant, it is intended for damp clothes. Excessively soaking wet items should be hung to dry before being placed in the hamper.
Is the bamboo frame waterproof?
No, bamboo is a natural material. It is water-resistant but should not be left in standing water or extremely damp conditions.
How do I clean the inner bag?
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to wipe down the interior fabric. Do not submerge the entire unit in water.
How much weight can the hamper support?
The hamper is designed to hold a standard full load of laundry comfortably; avoid overloading it with heavy items like wet blankets or rugs.
Does the hamper come with assembly tools?
No tools are required. The assembly relies on a simple folding and panel-insertion mechanism that takes less than 5 minutes.
Troubleshooting
Hamper feels unstable
Ensure the bottom base panel is pushed down completely and the bamboo frame is fully extended.
Lid does not close flat
Check that the interior laundry pile is not overflowing above the rim of the hamper.
Fabric looks wrinkled
Once filled with clothes, the fabric will naturally stretch and smooth out; avoid using heat-based ironing on the synthetic liner.

- Simple, tool-free assembly process
- Collapsible design for efficient storage when empty
- Lid keeps odors contained and mess out of sight
Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unfold the bamboo frame until it clicks or rests firmly into position.
- Insert the base panel into the bottom of the oxford fabric bag.
- Secure the lid to the top frame using the provided attachment points.
Compatibility:
This hamper works well in bedrooms, walk-in closets, and laundry rooms. Due to the natural bamboo material, it is not recommended for use in high-humidity areas like directly inside a bathroom shower room.
Care:
- Wipe the exterior bamboo frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Spot clean the oxford fabric liner if needed, ensuring it is completely air-dried.
- Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners which may damage the synthetic leather handle or fabric finish.
