FAQs
Is this shirt suitable for running?
Yes, the lightweight, breathable design makes it a great choice for running, particularly in warm or humid conditions.
Does the fabric shrink after washing?
When washed according to the instructions (cold water, low heat or air dry), the synthetic materials are highly resistant to shrinking.
Is the fit true to size?
Yes, but it is a performance fit. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, you may want to consider sizing up.
Can I use this for outdoor training?
Absolutely. Its lightweight nature is well-suited for outdoor activity, though it does not provide specific UV protection.
What is the primary material used?
The top is made from high-performance synthetic flex fabric specifically engineered for athletic movement.
Troubleshooting
Fabric feels like it is losing elasticity
Avoid using fabric softeners during wash cycles, as they can degrade the technical fibers responsible for the fabric's stretch.
Shirt retains odor after washing
Use a dedicated sports laundry detergent designed to penetrate synthetic fabrics and neutralize sweat-related odors.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- High level of freedom of movement during overhead lifting
- Breathable material keeps the body cool during heavy exertion

Cons
- Streamlined cut may feel too snug for those preferring loose-fitting clothing
- Fabric is performance-focused and may be thin compared to lifestyle cotton shirts
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Nike Flex performance apparel, follow these care guidelines:
- Washing: Machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid heavy detergents or fabric softeners that can coat the moisture-wicking fibers.
- Drying: Hang-dry whenever possible to preserve the elasticity of the flex fabric. If using a machine, use a low-heat setting.
- Ironing: Avoid ironing the garment, as high heat can damage the synthetic performance materials.
- Compatibility: This top pairs perfectly with Nike athletic shorts or training pants, providing a complete, moisture-managing system for any fitness routine.
