This 7cm memory foam topper is designed to add a significant layer of plush comfort and pressure relief, generally making your bed feel softer and more conforming. It will cushion your body while still providing underlying support from your mattress.

While standard fitted sheets might work, it's often recommended to use deep-pocket fitted sheets that can accommodate the extra height of the topper (7cm) combined with your mattress. This ensures a snug fit and prevents the sheet from coming off during the night.

Memory foam offers several benefits including superior pressure relief by conforming to your body's contours, reducing aches and pains, isolating motion for undisturbed sleep, and providing personalized support that can improve spinal alignment.

This is normal 'off-gassing' from new memory foam. Allow the topper to air out in a well-ventilated room for 24-72 hours before use. The scent is harmless and will dissipate.

Memory foam can take up to 72 hours to fully decompress, especially in cooler temperatures. Ensure it's laid flat in a warm room and give it more time. Gentle massage can sometimes help.

Memory foam can retain heat. Try using breathable bedding (cotton, bamboo) and ensure your bedroom is well-ventilated. Some also find success with a mattress protector designed for cooling.

Ensure your fitted sheet is snug and covers both the topper and your mattress. Some users also place a non-slip mat between the mattress and topper, or use specific mattress topper straps (not included) to secure it.

Ensure the cover is completely dry before attempting to put it back on. Starting from one end and carefully working it over the foam, much like putting on a fitted sheet, can help. Avoid forcing it to prevent damage.
