Generally, Alexander McQueen sneakers run true to size, but it's recommended to consult the brand's size chart, especially if you have wide feet. Consider going up half a size if you're unsure.

Do the sneakers come with a dust bag?

No, to lessen our environmental impact and to reduce cotton consumption, we will no longer be providing a dust bag with our sneakers.

How do I care for the leather?

Regularly condition the leather with a high-quality leather conditioner. Avoid getting them excessively wet, and if they do get wet, allow them to air dry naturally.

Can I return the sneakers if they don't fit?

Check the retailer's return policy for specific details.

Where are Alexander McQueen sneakers made?

Alexander McQueen sneakers are typically made in Italy.

Troubleshooting

Sneakers feel stiff or uncomfortable initially.

Wear the sneakers for short periods at first to break in the leather. Use shoe trees to help maintain the shape and reduce creasing.

Leather shows signs of wear or scratches.

Use a leather conditioner or a specialized leather cleaner to treat scratches. For minor scratches, try buffing gently with a soft cloth.

Laces are frayed or damaged.

Replace the laces with a new pair. Replacement laces can be purchased from Alexander McQueen retailers or online.

Sole is dirty or stained.

Clean the sole with a soft brush and mild soap. Rinse with water and allow to air dry.
