Troubleshooting
Bean bag loses shape or becomes too soft.
Gently plump and reshape the bean bag by hand. If significant deflation occurs over time, the filling may need topping up, though this is uncommon with quality bean bags.
Fabric appears faded.
While UV tested, prolonged direct sunlight can still cause fading. Move the chair out of direct sunlight when not in use or use UV protective coverings if storing outdoors long-term.
Minor spills or stains on the fabric.
Wipe immediately with a clean, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and water solution and blot gently.
Difficulties moving the chair.
Utilize the easy-grab handle. Ensure the chair is in a slightly upright position to make it easier to lift and drag.
