Designed for the sophisticated individual who values craftsmanship, the Karen Millen Embroidered Detail Organdie Belted Shirt Dress offers a unique blend of ethereal texture and structured tailoring. Its standout feature is the double-layered organdie design, providing a dimensional, two-tone aesthetic perfect for formal and elevated daytime events. While it provides an elegant midi silhouette, potential owners should note that the sheer organdie fabric requires careful handling during storage and cleaning to maintain its delicate structure.

No, the dress features a solid structured underlayer beneath the sheer organdie, providing full coverage while maintaining the aesthetic of the sheer overlay.
Yes, the collared shirt-dress design is structured enough for professional settings, especially when paired with a blazer or polished footwear.
Professional dry cleaning is highly recommended to prevent the embroidery thread from fraying or bleeding color.
Yes, the self-tie belt is a separate piece that can be removed if you prefer to style the dress with a leather belt or wear it loose.
Use a garment bag and avoid folding it tightly. Lay it flat or hang it immediately upon arrival to let creases release naturally.
Use a handheld garment steamer from a distance of at least 15cm; do not press directly with a hot iron.
Do not pull threads. Carefully trim them with small embroidery scissors to prevent further unraveling.
To ensure the longevity of your dress, always store it on a padded hanger to avoid shoulder deformation. Because the fabric is sheer and contains detailed embroidery, avoid storing it in crowded closets where zippers or sharp jewelry might snag the organdie fibers.
We recommend professional dry cleaning to maintain the integrity of the floral motifs. If cleaning at home is unavoidable, use a delicate garment bag, cold water, and a pH-neutral detergent, but avoid tumble drying, as the high heat will damage the structured underlayer and the integrity of the synthetic organdie.
