Full details
The Moncler Arrakis Jacket is designed for the modern adult male seeking stylish protection against variable weather. Its key benefit is the lightweight, water-repellent nylon construction that offers both comfort and defense. A potential caveat is its minimalist design, which may not appeal to those preferring heavily embellished outerwear. This jacket features a nautical-inspired aesthetic, a compact nylon shell, and distinctive contrasting graphic stitching, blending technical performance with a clean, contemporary look.

The jacket is crafted from water-repellent nylon, making it suitable for light rain and variable weather. For prolonged heavy downpours, a more robust waterproof jacket might be necessary.
How do I adjust the fit of the jacket?
You can adjust the fit using the drawstring at the hem. The front zipper also features a double slider for customizable ventilation and fit.
Can I put this jacket in the washing machine?
Yes, you can machine wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water. However, avoid bleach and do not tumble dry. Always refer to the specific care label on the garment for the most accurate instructions.
Does the jacket have a hood?

What kind of weather is this jacket best suited for?
This jacket is ideal for transitional seasons (spring and autumn) and cooler summer evenings, providing protection against wind and light rain.
How should I store the jacket to maintain its quality?
Avoid over-packing and folds. Store the jacket loosely in a well-ventilated area to allow it to breathe and maintain its shape and fabric integrity.
Troubleshooting
Zipper is stiff or difficult to move
Ensure there are no fabric snags. Gently clean the zipper teeth with a soft brush. Apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth.
Water repellency seems reduced
Clean the jacket according to care instructions. Consider applying a water-repellent spray designed for technical fabrics after washing and drying, following the product's specific guidelines.
Jacket feels heavy or loses shape after washing
Ensure you are following the recommended washing and drying procedures. Avoid harsh detergents and do not tumble dry. Air dry flat or on a hanger to maintain shape.
Stitching appears loose
For minor loose threads, carefully trim with small scissors. If significant stitching is coming undone, consult a professional tailor for repair to avoid further damage.
