The Gel-1130 is designed with GEL™ technology for cushioning, making them comfortable for everyday wear and light activity. However, they are primarily intended as lifestyle trainers and may not offer the specialized support and performance required for serious running.

Refer to the size chart provided by Asics or the retailer. Generally, the UK size listed corresponds to standard adult foot measurements. It is often recommended to try them on if possible, as fit can vary slightly.

The TRUSSTIC™ Support System is a component located in the midfoot of the shoe. It provides stability by controlling torsional rigidity, helping to guide the foot through a more efficient gait cycle and preventing excessive twisting.

While the trainers offer some protection, they are not waterproof. The mesh upper can allow moisture to penetrate. It is advisable to avoid wearing them in heavy rain and ensure they are properly dried if they become wet.

The upper is constructed with a combination of breathable mesh and leather overlays for a balanced aesthetic and structure.

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping them in their original box or a breathable shoe bag can help maintain their shape and protect them from dust.

This can sometimes occur due to moisture trapped between the insole and midsole. Try removing the insole and ensuring both parts are completely dry. A light sprinkle of talcum powder on the insole base might also help.

New shoes, especially those with supportive structures like the TRUSSTIC™ system, may require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially and gradually increase wear time. Ensure you are wearing appropriate socks.

This can occasionally happen with new suede, especially when wet. It is recommended to wear darker socks initially or apply a suede protector spray (test in an inconspicuous area first).
