FAQs
Are these shoes waterproof?
This specific model features the standard Speedcross upper, which prioritizes breathability. Please check if your specific variant mentions 'Waterproof' or 'ClimaShield' in the product title.
How do I clean the shoes?
Use a soft brush to remove dirt, and hand wash with mild soap and water. Always air dry.
What is the benefit of the Sensifit system?
The Sensifit system acts like a cradle, holding the foot in place for better stability and reducing the risk of rubbing.
Are these shoes machine washable?
No, machine washing can damage the materials and the structural integrity of the shoe. We recommend hand cleaning only.
How should I store the shoes when not in use?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the rubber outsole and upper materials.
Troubleshooting
Quicklace feels too loose or tight.
Adjust the toggle tension and ensure the lace is evenly distributed across the eyelets before securing it in the pocket.
Shoes are losing their grip.
Check the outsole for compacted mud or debris stuck in the lugs and clean thoroughly with a stiff-bristled brush.

Care Instructions:
- Clean off excess mud with a soft brush after every trail outing.
- Air dry at room temperature; keep away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material degradation.
- Hand wash with mild soap and water if necessary, avoiding harsh detergents or washing machines.
