They are designed primarily for light exercise and daily wear rather than intensive long-distance running.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the fabric and colors.
Use a dedicated suede or soft-bristled brush to gently remove dust, and avoid saturating the material with water.
Yes, the insoles are typically removable and can be swapped for custom orthotics if preferred.
ASICS generally follow standard sizing, but it is recommended to measure your foot to ensure a perfect UK 8.5 fit.
Loosen the laces to relieve pressure across the instep or consider using thinner athletic socks.
Use a dry soft brush to knock off loose dust before wiping with a slightly damp cloth.
Check the condition of the insoles; if they have worn down, consider replacing them with aftermarket inserts.
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS GT-2160 trainers, start by confirming your UK size (e.g., 8.5) to avoid pressure points or slipping. When cleaning, avoid machine washing or drying, which can degrade the cushioning integrity. Instead, gently remove surface dirt with a soft-bristled brush and clean stains using a mild soap solution and a damp cloth. Always air dry in a well-ventilated space away from direct heat sources, which can warp the materials or damage the adhesives.
