Extended Product Information

FAQs

Are these boots suitable for artificial grass?

No, these are firm ground (FG) boots designed for natural grass. Use on artificial surfaces may lead to excessive stud wear and void the product benefits.

How should I clean the HybridTouch material?

Use a mild soap and a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing brushes that could damage the Strikeskin fins.

Does the fold-over tongue stay in place?

Yes, the tongue is designed to fold over and sit securely, providing a clean strike zone throughout the match.

What is the sizing like?

The fit is professional-grade and snug due to the PRIMEKNIT collar; most players find they fit true to size.

Can I replace the studs?

No, the ControlFrame 2.0 outsole features integrated, non-removable firm ground studs.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too stiff out of the box

The HybridTouch upper requires a short break-in period; wear them for light training sessions before using them in full competitive matches.

Accumulated mud on the soleplate

Use a soft-bristled brush to clear dirt from the ControlFrame 2.0 after the mud has dried slightly to avoid damaging the finish.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent ball control and spin due to Strikeskin fins
Secure lockdown feel from the PRIMEKNIT collar
Enhanced strike accuracy with the clean fold-over tongue design
Durable construction suitable for high-intensity fixtures

Cons

Not suitable for indoor or artificial turf surfaces
Requires a break-in period for the HybridTouch upper
Professional-grade materials require specific maintenance

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For optimal performance, ensure you are wearing these boots exclusively on firm ground (FG) natural grass pitches. To maintain the integrity of the materials:

Clean the boots after every use by wiping away excess mud with a damp cloth.
Allow them to air dry naturally; never use a radiator or direct heat source, as this can crack the synthetic upper.
Remove the laces occasionally to clean out debris trapped under the fold-over tongue.
Ensure the studs are free of packed dirt before each game to maintain maximum grip.
