Dr. Martens Mattison Slides Soft Patent Leather Sandals in Red - Size: 6.5

The adjustable strap allows for some customization of fit. However, due to the platform design, individuals with very wide feet may find them snug. Trying them on is recommended if possible.

Use a dedicated suede brush to gently lift dirt and restore the nap. For stains, a slightly damp cloth can be used carefully, followed by air drying. Avoid soaking the footbed.

While the patent leather offers some protection, these sandals are not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture, as it can affect the leather and footbed.

The Mattison platform sole is characterized by its EVA midsole for lightness and a jagged PVC tread that climbs the sidewalls, providing a distinct, chunky aesthetic and improved grip compared to standard soles.

Dr. Martens generally offers consistent sizing. However, fit can be subjective. It's recommended to consult the brand's size guide and consider your usual shoe size for sandals.

Please refer to the retailer's specific return policy for information on returns and exchanges, as this can vary by seller.

This can sometimes occur with new patent leather. Try applying a small amount of talcum powder or cornstarch under the strap or footbed. Ensure the footbed is dry.

For minor scuffs, try using a soft, dry cloth to buff them out. For more noticeable marks, use a patent leather cleaner specifically designed for glossy finishes, following the product's instructions carefully.

Ensure the buckle is properly fastened. If the strap seems worn or stretched, contact customer support for potential replacement parts or further assistance.

This might indicate the need for a break-in period. Wear the sandals for short periods initially and gradually increase wear time. Ensure the correct size is being worn.
