Yes, it is designed to function as an outer layer in mild, cool conditions or as a highly breathable insulating mid-layer in colder environments.

No, the focus of this garment is breathability and temperature regulation; it is not treated for waterproof performance.
Yes, use a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners.
It provides a degree of wind resistance due to the density of the weave, but it is not a dedicated windproof shell.
Ensure you are not wearing non-breathable layers underneath; use moisture-wicking base layers for optimal performance.
Check the internal fabric guard for loose threads and ensure the zip path is clear; clean the zip teeth with a soft brush if debris is present.
Because this is a technical fleece-based garment, proper care is essential to maintain the performance of the insulation fibers. Always wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent designed for technical apparel. Avoid fabric softeners as they can clog the breathability of the fibers and inhibit moisture wicking. Hang-dry the garment in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to preserve the elasticity of the high-stretch material.
