FAQs
What are the dimensions of the Mermaid Gabby cutout?
The Mermaid Gabby cutout measures 95cm in height.
Is assembly difficult?
No, assembly is very easy. The cutout is foldable and comes with a pre-attached easel for instant setup in seconds.
Can this cutout be used outdoors?
It is best suited for indoor use. Exposure to moisture, wind, or direct sunlight can damage the cardboard and fade the colours.
What material is the cutout made from?
The cutout is made from premium, durable UK-made cardboard.
Is this suitable for very young children?
While it's a great decoration, it's made of cardboard. It's best supervised around very young children who might be tempted to bend or tear it.
How should I clean the cutout?
Gently wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive water.
Does it come with anything to help it stand?
Yes, it includes a built-in easel on the back that folds out to support the cutout.
Troubleshooting
Cutout is unstable or tipping over
Ensure the easel support on the back is fully extended and locked into place. Place the cutout on a flat, stable surface.
Creases or minor damage on arrival
While rare with quality cardboard, minor creases can sometimes occur. For small imperfections, they are often unnoticeable from a distance. Contact customer support if damage significantly impacts the appearance.
Print quality appears low
Ensure you are viewing the cutout from an appropriate distance. Designed for room decor and party settings, the print is optimised for general viewing rather than close-up inspection.
