Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparing for Wear
- Initial Inspection: Upon receiving your jumpsuit, carefully inspect it for any creases from packaging. The crepe fabric may benefit from steaming.
- Steaming: Use a garment steamer on a low setting to gently remove any wrinkles. Avoid direct, high heat ironing, which can damage the fabric. If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron with a pressing cloth.
- Try-On: Before your event, try on the jumpsuit with your intended undergarments and shoes to ensure the fit and length are perfect. This allows time for any minor adjustments or tailoring if needed.
Compatibility & Pairing
- Undergarments: Due to the off-the-shoulder neckline, a strapless bra or adhesive pasties are recommended for a seamless look.
- Footwear: Strappy heels, stilettos, or elegant block heels are ideal for formal events, complementing the floor-length, wide-leg silhouette.
- Accessories: Clutch bags, statement earrings, delicate necklaces (if desired, considering the neckline), and bracelets will enhance your overall ensemble. Hair styled in an updo or polished down will showcase the neckline beautifully.
Care Instructions (Polyester Crepe)
- Washing: Hand wash cold or machine wash on a delicate cycle with like colors. Use a mild detergent. Turn the garment inside out to protect the fabric.
- Drying: Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel or hang to air dry away from direct sunlight.
- Ironing: If necessary, iron on the lowest setting with a pressing cloth, or preferably, steam to remove wrinkles.
- Storage: Store on a padded hanger in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape and prevent creasing. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
- Stains: Address stains promptly according to polyester care guidelines. Consult a professional cleaner for stubborn stains.
