FAQs
Can I put this lunch box in the washing machine?
No, machine washing can damage the thermal lining and structural integrity. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended.
Is the shoulder strap removable?
The strap is adjustable, but it is designed to be a permanent part of the bag's utility, though it can be tucked away when using the grab handle.
Does it keep food hot as well as cold?
Yes, the thermal lining helps maintain the temperature of your food, whether hot or cold, though cold items generally hold temperature longer with an ice pack.
Will a standard water bottle fit inside?
Most standard-sized water bottles will fit, though height may vary depending on the specific bottle design.
Is the lunch box waterproof?
The material is designed for everyday use and can withstand light moisture, but it is not intended to be fully submerged or waterproof during heavy rain.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty zipping the main compartment
Ensure items are not pressing against the zipper track from the inside and that the fabric lining is tucked away from the teeth.
Interior has developed an odor
Wipe the interior with a mixture of water and a small amount of white vinegar, then allow it to air dry completely with the bag left open.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Artsac lunch bag lasts, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the bag in water, as this can damage the insulation layer.
- Packing: For optimal temperature control, place heavier or colder items at the bottom of the main compartment and ensure the zipper is fully closed to minimize heat exchange.
- Storage: When not in use, store the bag in a dry, cool place. Ensure it is completely dry inside before zipping it up to prevent odors or mildew.
