FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
While the canvas material is durable, we recommend hand washing to preserve the shape and the integrity of the frayed detailing.
Do these shoes run true to size?
Yes, they generally fit true to standard sizing, though the canvas may stretch slightly over time to accommodate your foot shape.
Are they suitable for arch support?
These shoes feature a basic memory foam insole which is comfortable, but they do not provide medical-grade arch support.
Can I wear these for long walks?
They are designed for light, casual walking. For extensive walking or hiking, a performance shoe with more structure is recommended.
Where does the donation go with my purchase?
Purchases from the BOBS line support a charitable program that provides donations to organizations supporting animals in need.
Troubleshooting
The canvas has become dirty from outdoor use.
Use a gentle brush to remove dry debris, then spot clean with a cloth dipped in mild detergent and water.
The shoes feel slightly loose or are slipping at the heel.
Consider wearing them with a thicker sock or inserting a heel grip to improve the overall fit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
As a slip-on shoe, the Skechers BOBS B Cute requires no initial setup or lacing adjustments. To maintain the appearance of the canvas:
- Cleaning: Spot clean the canvas with a soft brush or a damp cloth using mild soap.
- Drying: Air dry in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat, which can warp the material or fade the color.
- Storage: Keep in a dry, ventilated place to prevent odors and moisture buildup.
- Compatibility: They pair best with casual wear such as denim, chinos, or summer skirts.
