Troubleshooting

Duvet cover feels stiff after washing.

Ensure you're using a fabric softener during the wash cycle and tumble drying on a low setting. Ironing can also help soften the fabric.

Color fading after multiple washes.

Wash the duvet cover set inside out and use a color-safe detergent. Avoid direct sunlight when drying.

Duvet slipping inside the cover.

Ensure the duvet is properly aligned with the cover and the buttons are securely fastened. Consider using duvet clips or ties to further secure the duvet.

Pillowcases too small.

Check the pillowcase size against your pillows to ensure compatibility. If they are the correct size, try fluffing the pillow before inserting it.
