FAQs

What is the inseam length of these swim shorts?

All sizes of the Traveller Short swimsuits have a 14.5cm inseam. For example, size M has a 76cm waist and a 25.5cm 'pool height' (likely referring to the rise/length from waistband to crotch).

Are these swim shorts suitable for competitive swimming?

These swim shorts are designed for casual wear, comfort, and style. They are suitable for recreational swimming but may not offer the streamlined fit required for competitive swimming.

How should I wash these swim shorts?

They can be machine washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid bleach and do not tumble dry. Hang them to dry.

What is the main material of the swim shorts?

The main fabric is typically a blend of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, providing stretch and quick-drying properties. The lining is 100% polyester.

Does the fit run true to size?

The 'Classic Fit' is designed to sit at the waist and be wide on the leg. It is recommended to consult the size chart for specific measurements if unsure.

Can I swim in a chlorinated pool with these shorts?

Yes, the technical fabric is suitable for pool swimming. However, rinsing them with fresh water after each use is recommended to maintain fabric integrity.

Troubleshooting

Swim shorts do not dry quickly

Ensure the fabric is not oversaturated and allow ample air circulation for drying. Check that the fabric care instructions (avoiding fabric softeners) are being followed.

Drawstring comes undone easily

Tie a secure knot with the drawstring. If the material is very slippery, consider a double knot for added security.

Inner mesh lining feels uncomfortable

Ensure the shorts are the correct size. If discomfort persists, this particular style may not be suitable for your preference.
