Setup, Compatibility & Care

Getting started is straightforward: power on the device and follow the on-screen prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi 6E network and sign in with your Apple ID. To keep your device in top shape, use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean the screen, as it features an anti-reflective and oleophobic coating that can be damaged by harsh chemicals. Ensure you keep the iPad within the operating temperature range of 0 to 35 °C to preserve battery health. For software updates, navigate to Settings to ensure you are running the latest version of iPadOS 18, which unlocks the full potential of your device's multitasking and AI features. The iPad is compatible with a wide range of external storage solutions and peripherals via its USB-C port, supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode for external monitors.
