It is recommended to clean your bottle after each use, especially if used for beverages other than water. A regular hand wash with warm, soapy water is sufficient.
No, placing the bottle in the freezer is not recommended as it can damage the insulation and the bottle's structure.
The finish is designed to be durable for everyday use. However, avoiding harsh impacts and abrasive cleaning will help maintain its appearance.
The antimicrobial collar helps to inhibit the growth of bacteria, keeping the bottle fresher between washes and contributing to a more hygienic drinking experience.
The product now ships securely in a paper wrap and bag, a change from the previous card tube packaging, to reduce overall packaging weight and environmental impact.
This bottle is not designed for carbonated beverages. The buildup of pressure can cause leaks or make the cap difficult to open.
Ensure the cap is fully tightened. Pre-heat or pre-cool the bottle with hot or cold water for a few minutes before filling. Check for any visible damage to the vacuum seal.
Check the rubber seal on the inside of the cap for debris or damage. Ensure the cap is screwed on straight and fully tightened. If the seal is damaged, contact customer support.
Wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water. For stubborn odors, try a mixture of baking soda and water left overnight, then rinse well. Ensure the bottle is completely dry when stored.
Setup: The Chilly's Water Bottle requires no complex setup. Ensure the cap is securely tightened before use to activate its leak-proof capabilities.
Compatibility: This bottle is designed for general beverage use and is compatible with a wide range of drinks, including water, coffee, tea, and juices. It is not designed for carbonated beverages, as pressure buildup may occur. It fits most standard bag side pockets and cup holders.
