Setup: Setting up your Lenovo Chromebook Plus is straightforward. Upon first boot, you will be guided through connecting to a Wi-Fi network and signing in with your Google account. ChromeOS will automatically sync your settings, apps, and files from the cloud. If you are setting up for the first time, you may need to create a new Google account.
Compatibility: This Chromebook runs on ChromeOS and is optimized for web-based applications and Android apps available through the Google Play Store. Ensure any software you intend to use is compatible with ChromeOS. For peripherals, it features two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports (one for charging), an HDMI 1.4b port, and a MicroSD card reader.
Care: To maintain your device, regularly clean the screen with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For the exterior, use a slightly damp cloth and mild cleaning solution if necessary, ensuring no moisture enters any ports. Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods. The included stylus should be stored safely when not in use. Keep the device's vents clear of dust to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating.
