Flexible waterproof coating for flat roofs and gutters. Provides long-lasting roof leak protection and is a highly effective gutter sealant. Resists cracking, UV, and frost. No primer required. Contents: 1 x Bostik WATERSTOP Flexible Waterproof Coating 6KG - Grey. This high-performance liquid rubber immediately seals and protects surfaces to prevent damage from water and moisture. It's perfect for quickly repairing leaks and for long-lasting protection of flat roofs and gutters, as well as flashing, around roof lights, and chimney stacks. It can also be used for sealing concrete foundations and walls. This gutter sealant stops water travelling through porous, cracked, or degraded substrates on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The highly flexible coating is easy-to-apply, quick-drying, and free from solvent, bitumen, and isocyanates, making it better for the environment. It can be applied to many substrates by brush or roller without a primer, including concrete, stone, wood, metal, zinc, clay, tiles, slate, felt, polystyrene, and most plastics. However, it is not suitable for use on polyethylene & polypropylene plastics or bitumen coatings. Once applied, it instantly protects, even if it rains immediately after application. It is long-lasting and resists cracking, UV, and frost. Being flexible, it is not affected by temperature variations.
