FAQs

Can I use the Chipolo LOOP with both Apple and Google networks simultaneously?

No, you must choose one network during the initial setup process for the specific tag.

How long does a full charge last?

Battery life varies based on usage and environmental factors, but it is designed to last several months on a single charge.

Is the device waterproof?

The Chipolo LOOP is designed to be water-resistant, making it safe for light rain or accidental splashes, but it should not be submerged in water.

Does the Chipolo app track my location history?

The app shows the last known location reported by the tracking network, but it does not maintain an exhaustive movement log for privacy reasons.

How do I trigger the phone finder feature?

Simply press the button on your Chipolo LOOP twice, and your phone will emit a sound even if it is on silent.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your Chipolo LOOP, download the Chipolo app on your smartphone, ensure Bluetooth is enabled, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device with your preferred tracking network. Compatibility is universal across modern iOS and Android devices, provided they support the respective Find My platforms.
