Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the cistern and toilet pan are in their final positions.
- Connect one end of the flush pipe to the cistern outlet, ensuring a snug fit.
- Connect the other end to the toilet pan inlet, adjusting the pipe's flexibility as needed.
- Secure both connections according to the cistern and pan manufacturer's instructions, typically with rubber seals and retaining nuts.
Compatibility:
This flush pipe is designed for use with most low-level and concealed cisterns. Always check the dimensions and connection types of your specific cistern and toilet pan to ensure a proper fit before purchasing.
Care:
To maintain performance, periodically check connections for any signs of leaks. The PVC material is generally maintenance-free. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the plastic. If sediment buildup is suspected, gently flush the pipe with water.
