Troubleshooting
Sheet does not fit securely
Ensure the mattress depth does not exceed 25cm. Check that the elasticated edges are properly hooked under all four corners of the mattress.
Fabric feels less soft after washing
Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce the fluffiness of fleece. Tumble dry on a low heat setting to help restore softness.
Sheet shows signs of pilling
While designed to be resistant, excessive friction or harsh washing can cause pilling. Wash with similar fabrics and avoid overloading the machine.
Color appears different than expected
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. Refer to product images for the closest representation. Machine washing at 40°C should maintain the color vibrancy.
