This very popular 500ml round glass jam jar has proven very popular with all our home and artisan preservers. The straight-sided, attractive food jar looks perfect with any homemade product and has proven very popular with artisan producers. The strong glass jars will not leach chemicals or degrade over time. The lids are heat sealable and vinegar proof. The lids are also approved by the FSA (Food Standard Agency) and are BPA/chemical free. When sealed together, the lid and jar are airtight. They are dishwasher safe and fully recyclable. Jars are entirely airtight when sealed. They can be sterilized in the dishwasher, oven, or microwave, and the lids can be blanched in boiling water.
