Use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and water to gently clean the mesh and leather. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid machine washing.

M-Strike technology is designed to promote efficiency in each stride, helping to create a smoother transition from the landing phase to the toe-off.

These trainers are designed for a neutral gait. Individuals with flat feet or overpronation may require shoes with specific motion control or stability features. Consulting a footwear specialist is recommended.

The '2.0' generally indicates an updated version, often featuring refinements in materials, cushioning, or design elements based on user feedback and technological advancements, aiming for improved performance and comfort.

Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should feel secure without slipping, and the midfoot should feel comfortably snug but not constricting.

Loosen the laces, especially across the midfoot, and re-tie them, ensuring not to overtighten. If the shoe is fundamentally too small, consider exchanging for a larger size.

Ensure the laces are adjusted properly for your foot shape. If discomfort persists, the shoe's cushioning or support might not be suitable for your specific gait. Consult with a running specialist.

The cushioning may naturally compress with extensive use. Regular cleaning and proper drying can help maintain material integrity. If significant loss of cushioning occurs, it may be time to consider replacement.

This is rare and may indicate a manufacturing defect. Contact customer support for assistance or warranty claims.
