The Trespass Mitta Fleece is a durable, high-insulation mid-layer designed for active children who enjoy outdoor adventures in varying weather conditions. Its key benefit lies in the 460gsm AT400 polyester construction, which provides substantial warmth without compromising movement. While it offers excellent thermal regulation through its half-zip design, parents should note that it is not waterproof, meaning an additional shell layer is required for rainy or snowy environments.

No, the Mitta Fleece is designed for warmth and insulation, not weatherproofing. It should be worn under a waterproof shell in the rain.
While soft, it is quite thick at 460gsm. It is best used as a mid-layer over a t-shirt or thermal top.
The sizes correspond to the child's age group in UK sizing. Refer to the size guide to ensure a comfortable fit for your child.
No, this model features a standard collar with a half-zip neck.
Yes, it is machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle. Always follow the care instructions on the label.
Check the fabric track to ensure no fleece fibers are caught in the teeth and gently clean the zip with a soft brush.
Use a gentle garment brush to restore the loft of the fleece fibers and avoid high-heat drying.
To keep the Trespass Mitta Fleece performing at its best, wash it on a cool, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can strip the moisture-wicking properties of the polyester fibers. Always air dry when possible, or use a low-heat tumble dry setting. For optimal outdoor performance, pair this fleece with a waterproof shell jacket during wet weather to ensure the child stays both warm and dry.
