FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
No, it is recommended to spot clean with a damp cloth to protect the integrity of the cushioning and materials.
Are the laces adjustable?
They feature a speed-lacing system that uses a toggle for adjustment rather than traditional knots.
Can I use these for running?
While they are very comfortable for light walking and activity, they are optimized for lifestyle use rather than professional running.
How should I store them?
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
Do they provide arch support?
Yes, the engineered design provides consistent support through the midfoot during daily wear.
What is the primary benefit of the Cloudtilt series?
The main benefit is the fusion of high-fashion design with the proprietary responsive cushioning of ON footwear.
Troubleshooting
Feeling too tight around the arch
Loosen the speed-lacing toggle slightly to allow for more expansion of the stretchable upper.
Difficulty sliding the shoe on
Use the pull-tab on the heel to guide your foot in while ensuring the tongue area remains flat.
Sole feels dirty after outdoor use
Use a soft-bristled brush to remove debris from the cloud-pod grooves under the sole.

Cons
- Sock-like fit may feel tight for those with wider feet

- Laces are non-adjustable in the traditional sense
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your ON Cloudtilt Trainers stay in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Initial Setup: The trainers feature a speed-lacing system; simply slide your foot into the collar and adjust the tension lock if necessary to secure the fit.
- Compatibility: These are ideal for daily casual wear, light exercise, and urban walking. They are not recommended for technical sports or rugged trail running.
- Cleaning: Wipe the upper with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this can degrade the synthetic materials and the responsiveness of the sole. Air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain the shape of the cushioning.
