Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup
Setting up your UGG Tasman II slippers is as simple as it gets. As a slip-on design, simply slide your feet into them. The sheepskin interior may feel snug at first, but it will naturally conform to the unique shape of your foot with wear, providing a custom, comfortable fit.
Compatibility
These slippers are designed for general use by adults. Their versatile style makes them compatible with a wide range of casual attire, fitting seamlessly into a relaxed wardrobe.
Care
Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and extend the lifespan of your UGG Tasman II slippers.
- Water and Stain Protection: Before first wear, and periodically thereafter, treat the suede upper with a high-quality suede and sheepskin protector spray. This creates a barrier against water spots and stains.
- Cleaning: For light dirt or scuffs, use a soft suede brush to gently brush in one direction. For deeper stains, use a dedicated UGG cleaner or a suede cleaning kit. Apply the cleaner evenly with a damp sponge, gently scrub the entire surface, and rinse the sponge to wipe off excess cleaner. Avoid saturating the suede.
- Drying: Always allow your slippers to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. Stuffing them with paper towels can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape during drying.
- Interior Refresh: To refresh the sheepskin interior, gently fluff it with your fingers or a soft brush. For odor control, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside, leave overnight, and then shake or vacuum it out.
- Storage: When not in use, store your slippers in a cool, dry place, ideally with tissue paper inside to help maintain their shape. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or damp environments.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry your UGG Tasman II slippers, as this can damage the suede and sheepskin materials.
