Troubleshooting

Chair is wobbly after assembly.

Ensure all screws are tightened securely. Check that the legs are attached evenly and not cross-threaded. If the floor is uneven, a small felt pad under one leg may help.

Fabric appears creased or matted.

Gently brush the fabric with a soft brush in the direction of the pile. For persistent creases, a very low-heat steam iron held at a distance (do not touch the fabric directly) might help, but test in an inconspicuous area first.

Missing parts during assembly.

Double-check the packaging thoroughly. If parts are still missing, contact customer support with your order details and the specific part number or description.

Seat feels too firm.

The seat cushion will soften slightly with use over time. Ensure the cushion has settled correctly onto the frame as per assembly instructions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Assembly is required for these chairs. All necessary parts and instructions should be included in the packaging. Typically, this involves attaching the legs to the seat base. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver on hand, though often not supplied.

Compatibility:

These chairs are designed as general-purpose seating. Their dimensions (49W x 50D x 77H cm) and seat height (46.5cm) are compatible with most standard dining tables and desks. The grey color offers versatility to match various furniture styles and color palettes.

Care:

  • Wipe the fabric with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the velvet-feel finish.
  • For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Periodically check that all screws and fittings are tight to maintain stability.
