Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These are optical frames and do not come with prescription lenses. You will need to take them to an optician to have your specific prescription lenses fitted. The optician will ensure the lenses are correctly placed and the frames are adjusted for a comfortable fit on your face.
Compatibility:
- Lens Type: Compatible with most standard prescription lens types, including single vision, bifocals, and progressives. Consult your optician for specific compatibility with lens coatings or materials.
- Face Shapes: Recommended for round, square, and oval face shapes. However, personal preference and the specific fit on an individual's face are the ultimate determinants.
Care:
- Cleaning: Clean the lenses regularly with a soft microfiber cloth and lens cleaning solution. Avoid using abrasive materials or household cleaners, which can damage the frame finish and lens coatings.
- Storage: When not in use, store the frames in a protective case to prevent scratches and damage.
- Adjustment: Periodically check the fit. If the frames feel loose or uncomfortable, visit an optician for professional adjustment. Avoid bending the metal frame excessively, as it can lead to breakage.
