Store the boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat, possibly with shoe trees to maintain their shape.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel too tight.
Ensure you have the correct size. Try loosening the laces or wearing thinner socks. If the problem persists, consider a different model or size.
Boots are slipping on the field.
Check the studs for wear and tear; replace if necessary. Ensure the boots are laced tightly and that your socks fit properly. Consider the field conditions; if the ground is very wet, you may need boots with a different stud configuration.
Discomfort around the ankle.
The highcut collar may need some time to break in. Ensure the laces are not too tight. If the discomfort persists, consider using ankle supports or trying a different boot model.
