Troubleshooting

Device does not power on

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source using a compatible charger for at least 30 minutes, then attempt to power it on again. If the issue persists, perform a forced restart by holding the power button for an extended period (10-15 seconds).

Slow performance or app crashes

Restart the device to clear temporary files and processes. Close unnecessary background apps. Clear the cache for individual apps that are causing issues via Settings > Apps. Ensure the device software is up-to-date.

Camera not functioning or blurry photos

Clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth. Restart the camera app. If the issue persists, restart the phone. Ensure no protective film is obstructing the lens.

Battery draining faster than expected

Check battery usage in Settings to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background app refresh, and turn off location services or Bluetooth when not in use. Consider enabling battery saver mode.

Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection issues

Toggle Wi-Fi or Bluetooth off and on. Restart the phone. Forget the network or device in settings and reconnect. Ensure your router or accessory is functioning correctly.
