It is recommended to run the self-cleaning cycle at least once a month to prevent mineral buildup.
No, this model is a manual-fill unit and does not support a direct water line connection.
The machine operates at under 50 dB, making it quiet enough for home and office use.
The initial cycle typically takes between 6 and 8 minutes.
It is recommended to hand wash the ice basket with mild soap and warm water rather than using a dishwasher.
The unit is capable of producing up to 34 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period, provided the water tank is kept full.
Ensure the water tank is filled above the minimum level and check that the ice basket is correctly positioned.
Ensure the room temperature is within the recommended range and keep the lid closed as much as possible.
Confirm the unit is on a level surface and check for any debris caught in the fan area.
To set up your device, place the unit on a flat, level surface with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. After unboxing, allow the unit to rest for several hours to let the refrigerant settle. To care for the machine, use the integrated self-cleaning cycle at least once a month. To clean, remove the ice basket, add a mixture of water and vinegar to the reservoir, and engage the cleaning function. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth and rinse thoroughly. Always unplug the unit before performing deep cleaning of the exterior or basket.
