Shimano SM-SH51 SPD Cleats are the standard choice for mountain bikers and indoor cyclists, offering durability and reliability. They are designed to work with most Shimano SPD pedals, allowing for micro-adjustments to the clip-in and clip-out spring force. These cleats provide 4 degrees of float for a secure connection and a comfortable range of movement, along with a 13-degree clip-out angle for quick disengagement. Made from heat-treated forged steel, they ensure long-lasting performance even in demanding conditions. The SH51 cleats are recommended for all Shimano MTB SPD pedals except PD-M858, releasing by twisting the heel outwards. They are sold as a pair and do not include cleat nuts. Compatible pedals include PDM959, M647, M646, M545, M540, M536, M520, M515, M505, M424, M324, M323, A520, and A515.
