It is designed for those who need a reliable temporary guest bed that meets rigorous safety standards, offering exceptional comfort through its Reflex Foam mattress and sprung-slat base. Yes, it is built to higher British and European standards than typical domestic beds, making it ideal for the demands of contract and hospitality environments.
The bed includes a high-quality, two-metre long Reflex Foam mattress designed for durability and pressure relief.
The J-Lok mechanism is an exclusive folding system that facilitates effortless opening and closing of the bed frame.
Yes, once folded, its compact design allows it to be stored in most standard cupboards or utility spaces.
The bed uses a wooden sprung-slatted base, which is designed to adapt to your body shape and offer better support than a solid base.
Ensure the J-Lok mechanism is fully disengaged and check for any obstructions near the folding hinges.
Verify that all legs are fully extended and locked into their intended position; ensure the floor surface is level.
Setting up the J-Bed is straightforward due to its pre-assembled components. Upon arrival, ensure all packaging is removed carefully to avoid scratching the aluminium frame. To deploy the bed, simply engage the J-Lok mechanism and guide the frame into the open position until the legs lock firmly into place.
For ongoing care, keep the frame clear of debris to ensure smooth operation of the folding joints. While the mattress is made of high-quality Reflex Foam, it should be kept dry and in a well-ventilated room. If the frame requires cleaning, wipe the aluminium surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could damage the finish.
