This Adidas training t-shirt is designed for adult males seeking unrestricted movement during workouts. Its key benefit is allowing a full range of motion for exercises like push presses and pushups, thanks to its cut and breathable, moisture-absorbing fabric (AEROREADY). A potential caveat is that its regular fit might not be preferred by those seeking a compression style. Key features include its free-movement design, advanced moisture management, and durable polyester construction.

This t-shirt is ideal for a wide range of training activities, including gym workouts, running, cross-training, and any exercise that requires significant upper body movement.
AEROREADY is Adidas's technology designed to manage moisture. It absorbs sweat and channels it away from your body to the fabric's surface, where it can evaporate quickly, keeping you dry and comfortable.
This t-shirt features a regular fit, providing a comfortable and standard silhouette that allows for ease of movement without being too loose or too tight.
While primarily designed for training, its comfortable fit and breathable fabric make it suitable for casual wear, especially for active individuals.
The t-shirt is made from 100% polyester, which contributes to its durability, moisture-wicking capabilities, and quick-drying properties.
Machine wash cold with like colors, do not bleach, and tumble dry low or air dry. Iron on low heat if needed. Avoid fabric softeners for optimal performance of the AEROREADY fabric.
Ensure the t-shirt is the correct size. If it's a proper fit, try performing movements with a greater focus on form, as the design is intended for free range of motion.
Check for fabric softener residue, which can inhibit moisture-wicking properties. Wash with a small amount of vinegar in the rinse cycle. Ensure you are not using excessive amounts of detergent.
Follow the care instructions precisely. Avoid high heat drying and over-drying. Air drying or tumble drying on low heat is recommended.
Setup: This product requires no setup; it is ready to wear out of the package.
Compatibility: Suitable for adult males engaging in various athletic activities. Pairs well with athletic shorts, leggings, or training pants.
