Troubleshooting
Gazebo won't stand securely
Ensure all frame poles are fully connected and locked. Verify that the 8 stakes are driven firmly into the ground and that the 4 guy ropes are properly attached and tensioned.
Water pooling on the canopy
Adjust the tightness of the top canopy to ensure a slight slope for drainage. Check that the 4 grommets are clear of debris.
Mosquito netting difficult to close
Ensure the netting is hanging evenly and is not caught on any frame parts. Check for any wrinkles or twists in the fabric that might be obstructing the zipper.
Fabric appears faded
This is normal wear from UV exposure over time. To prolong color, consider using a UV protectant spray designed for outdoor fabrics and store the canopy when not in use for extended periods.
