Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your boots last through the season, follow these steps:
- Breaking In: Wear the boots for short periods indoors initially to allow the stiff leather upper to soften to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the leather with a soft, damp cloth after exposure to salt or mud. Avoid soaking the leather.
- Maintenance: Periodically apply a leather conditioner or water-resistant spray specifically designed for treated leather to maintain the protective barrier.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack or the adhesives to weaken.
