No, machine washing can damage the electronic components in the light-up sole. Surface clean only with a damp cloth.
No, the light-up batteries are sealed within the midsole for safety and durability and cannot be replaced.
There is a physical button on the side of the shoe that toggles the light-up feature on and off.
The adjustable arch strap allows for a flexible fit, but they are designed with a standard trainer width profile.
The Skechers Solar Glow trainers feature a flat heel design with a height of 2.5cm.
Check if the on/off button has been pressed. If the lights still do not function, the battery may have reached the end of its life.
Remove lint and debris from the hook-and-loop fastener using a small brush or tweezers to restore the grip.
To ensure your Skechers Solar Glow trainers last as long as possible, avoid submerging them in water, as this can damage the internal light mechanisms. For routine cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the nylon mesh and the sole. Allow the shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources. Ensure the adjustable strap is fastened snugly but not too tightly to maintain proper circulation during active use.
