The Vans OTW Authentic 44 trainers are designed for adults seeking a refined, versatile shoe that bridges the gap between classic skate heritage and modern everyday wear. These shoes offer a significant upgrade in comfort through their Sola Foam ADC insole and durable suede construction, making them ideal for all-day use. However, users should note that the suede material requires diligent care to maintain its appearance compared to synthetic alternatives.

The Vans Authentic 44 generally fits standard adult UK sizing; however, individual fit may vary based on sock thickness.
The Sola Foam ADC is designed to provide better shock absorption and energy return compared to standard foam inserts.

To ensure your trainers last, it is essential to treat the suede before the first wear with a water-repellent spray designed for delicate materials. If the shoes become dirty, use a specialized suede brush to remove loose dust and debris. Avoid machine washing, as the moisture can damage the adhesive and the texture of the suede. For long-term storage, keep the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the beige color from fading.
