The zip feels difficult to open or close
Ensure no fabric or inner pad fibers are caught in the teeth of the zipper; gently clear the area and operate the slider slowly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your cushion, simply ensure you have an inner pad that matches the dimensions of the cover. Fold your pad gently before inserting it through the zip opening, then smooth it out to ensure the corners are properly filled. To maintain the integrity of the pleated edge and the vibrancy of the fabric, we recommend light surface cleaning or professional hand washing. Avoid harsh detergents or tumble drying, as these may damage the delicate pleating. Always zip the cover fully closed when not in use to prevent the slider from catching on furniture fabric.
